Please NOTE, if you download the free beat option and decide to distribute it, you will not be able to get it distributed through major streaming platforms without a sample license clearance and do not have permission to upload it to any streaming media platform (Spotify, YouTube, etc).

If you decide to use the MP3 free download, write to your selected track first and when you are ready, come back to Trackoutz and buy the track with the sample license clearance. Please, do yourself the favor and avoid headaches in the future. Again, I will clear the sample for you. Be smart, and don’t burn bridges.

What I need?

After your purchase one of our licenses, I need your IPI from your affiliated PRO. I do not need this right away. I need this when you are ready to release your song. Please reach out to me first to start the sample licensing clearance process BEFORE you get ready to upload through your distributor, as I’m sure it will cause a delay in your release.

How long does it take to clear the sample?

Sample clearance typically takes 3-5 business days. The most is 7 days.

Do you receive any paperwork informing you of the sample license clearance?

Yes, you will receive the sample License agreement containing all the splits.  These splits are the amounts you will need to enter in your PRO/distributor section.
